Year 6 Residential – Another brilliant day!
Our Year 6 children have had another fantastic day in Devon, making the most of every opportunity and continuing to represent our school brilliantly.
Last night, the children enjoyed a delicious dinner, choosing from bolognese, macaroni cheese, jacket potatoes or risotto before settling down for the night. Despite a slightly early start from some(!), everyone slept well and woke up ready for another exciting day of adventure.
Today has been packed with memorable experiences. The children have enjoyed rafting, challenged themselves on the high ropes and continued exploring the beautiful coastline. Throughout each activity, they have shown resilience, teamwork and determination, supporting one another and embracing every challenge with enthusiasm.
Alongside the adventurous activities, the children have also appreciated some well-earned downtime. They have spent time together playing a variety of card and board games, enjoying each other's company and making even more happy memories.
This evening, after another tasty dinner, the children are looking forward to taking part in either some exciting wide games or a scavenger hunt before another well-deserved night's sleep.
We are incredibly proud of the children's excellent behaviour, positive attitudes and willingness to get involved in everything. We can't wait to share more updates from their adventure tomorrow!
