To infinity and beyond.. our Year 5 space topic has started with a blast!!

In Year 5, we understand that space is not just for future astronauts; it's a journey that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning that has been clear to see in our children. So far, our space exploration has ignited the children's imagination, prompting lots of questions to be raised about the difference between terrestrial and gas planets. The children have been in awe at the fascinating videos, diagrams and sticky facts that we've enjoyed exploring within our initial space lessons. Additionally, we are delighted that many of our year 5 pupils have been creating posters about planets and bringing in space themed books from home to recommend to their classmates!
