Year 6 Blog:

In Year 6, we have been busy exploring the fascinating world of living things. As part of our science learning, we carried out an exciting investigation using yeast, observing how it grows and changes under different conditions. We made predictions, carefully observed what happened and discussed what yeast needs to thrive. We are now investigating mould growth and testing which environment provides the best conditions for mould to grow. Over the coming days, we will observe our samples, record any changes and use our results to draw scientific conclusions. We can’t wait to see what our investigation reveals!
