Misunderstood Monarchs or Tyrant Rulers?

Year 5 has been immersed in our 'War of the Roses' topic. Through drama, the children have explored the 5 key battles that resulted in the unification of the Tudor rose. The children enjoyed taking on the roles of key monarchs including Henry VI, Richard III, Edward and Henry Tudor. After creating information timelines, we put on our historian journalistic hats to write news reports about the series of events. 

We are thoroughly excited about the next section of our learning where we will investigate the disappearance of the two Princes in the Tower with our super Year 5 historians.
