Year 3/4 football

What a great afternoon out this was! The weather (glorious) matched both our teams performance playing against our partnership schools. 

For our girls team, they showed great pressing with Lottie and Kiera keeping things steady at the back. Tabatha was a rock in goal when called upon. Abbie and Oshi worked tirelessly in midfield to break up play and crates chances for the strikers. Isabel was rewarded for her relentless pressing with two great goals. Heidi used her intricate dribbling to also score 2. They were very proud champions of the tournament.

The boys similarly impressed. Charlie showed resolve in goal and commanded his defence well. Milo and Teddy protected things at the back with great communication. Giacomo and Archie showed sheer class in midfield and several bombarding and overlapping runs created multiple goals for them. Jonah was resolute in midfield with a mix of ball control and awareness to keep things steady. Kian finished off the team with hard work, composure and determination. The boys also proudly won their tournament.
