Summer 1, We are ready for take off! We have an exciting half term ahead and we are ready and raring to go!

This week, we have been settling back into school routines and our classroom expectations. We have spoken about how we present ourselves and respect our school, keeping it tidy but also the way we walk and behave around others. We read a book called 'The Friendship Bench' by Wendy Meddour and spoke about how we will show friendship this half term. 

Can we fix it? "YES WE CAN" 

We are becoming creators and builders, using our knowledge from our sliding mechanisms last half term. We have now moved on to creating structures and have been building some Castles to protect us, like William the Conqueror used in 1066. 

Let it grow, let it grow, don't hold it back, it just needs to grow. 

It is time to get planting again, but this time we are planting sunflower seeds and watching them grow. We want to make sure we can clearly see the different parts of the plants.  Check out our planting windows in the up and coming weeks to see how they are getting on.
